Whats included in the price i pay for toilet hire?Delivery & Collection will be included within Monday - Friday. If you are looking for weekend or out of hours delivery, collection or extraction just let us know. All toilets are tested before every event. All consumables, hand soap, loo roll & chemicals

What do the toilets need to run?The toilets will need a power supply for the interior lighting. A water supply may be necessary depending on your event, we will let you know. If a generator is being suppled not from us, let us know.

What do i need to provide for the toilets?Besides power, we will take care of the rest. Ready for you to use.

How are the toilets delivered ?Our toilets are all road towable so may arrive with a van or 4x4 vehicle, depending on the terrain. You will have to let us know where you are wanting the toilet and access is as we can supply ground protection for soft ground including sandy areas.

How many toilets will i need at my event ?The number of toilets depends on how many guests you expect, if guests are drinking and eating and what kind of toilets you want. There is a capacity guide next to each product above.

Where will the toilets be positioned ?The single most important consideration is to ensure you have adequate space for a medium size van or 4x4 vehicle with trailer to deliver the toilet(s). As a rough guide, please allow 9ft width and 12ft height clearance at the site location. You will find the dimensions for each type of unit on the product pages of our website and additional space needs to be allowed for manoeuvring, turning and getting in to the mobile toilet unit. Toilets should be placed on flat, firm ground (ideally gravel, tarmac, concrete or hard-standing), but can also be on grass as long as it’s not too wet!). We don’t want to damage lawns or driveways when man-handling toilets into their final position, so it’s always worth having a ‘Plan B’ for where to site the units as unfortunately we cannot be liable for any accidental damage caused at the delivery address.

Can you build the toilets into a marquee ?Yes, we have done this many times before. If not one of our marquees, please do let us know before hand the company supplying the marquee to confirm they are following best safety practices.

What if there is a problem with the toilets ?We provide an emergency hotline for our customers to call us on if there are any problems during the event. We will always try and solve any problems initially over the phone, if that fails then we will send out a technician to fix the problem. You are not charged for this service, however if our technician is called out without reasonable cause then a call-out charge will be payable.
